Os espaços comuns são agradaveis e com alguma qualidade. A qualidade da comida é bastante boa.

O quarto precário, aspecto de velho muito pequeno. A cama, colchão foi muito, muito mau....Todas as molas dos colchões se faziam notar.... como é possivel o estado daqueles colchões!!!

Very helpful staff.

Needs better maintenance inspection between guests. When we arrived the frig shelving was broken, bedroom door handle was missing (shut the door from outside and there was no way in), These were repaired quickly when pointed out. The stove made a noise all the time we were there and something made a loud 'kicked door stop spring' noise every hour or so. We just lived with those.

Duplex apartment was huge on 2 floors each with balconys, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, plus sleeping in the lounge/diner for 2 more!! 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. Fantastic swimming pool outdoors and indoors. We were self catering so didnt sample much of the hotel food, but kitchen in room was more than adequate to cook for a family. Friendly staff.

Since we were self catering we found bar and food prices in the hotel quite expensive, so next time we would consider going all inclusive as we have 3 small children who were always wanting snacks and drinks during the day by the pool.

Beach, shops on the strip and old town. Lots of restaurants for eating out. Zoomarine park great for kids best booked in one of the shops outwith the hotel as its much cheaper, bus leaves from just outside the hotel.

Accommodation was spacious and very clean , overall the staff were freindly and helpfull. Kids Club was very well run with realy nice staff. Evening entertainment for the children was very well managed and enjoyable. Overall the hotel has good facilities and is well Situated

The childrens pool was a little on the small side and by the end of the afternoon looked a little murky, in all the hotel could benifit from a little more pool space. The large deposits required for everyday items such as a TV remote control or Hairdryer etc were not what one would expect from a 4* hotel.

The hotel is well situated between "The Strip" and Old town approx 15 to 20 mins walk

The location was excellent. 15/20 minutes walk to the left to the old town of Albufeira and 15 minutes walk to the right to the strip in Montechoro. The staff on the desk were helpful and efficent. The cleaners were excellent. Our room was cleaned six days out of seven and we had clean towels six days as well. The pool was nice. The room was very quiet at night and we were able to sleep everynight. We asked for a pool view and we got it.

There were not enough sun beds by the pool . People started to reserve the beds with towels from 7am and before. Some people left the towels on the beds until very late in the day which was not fair on people with no beds. This should have been monitored. The free bus to the beech was unreliable . It was fifteen minutes late picking up from the hotel and also fifteen minutes late picking up from the beech not very nice when you are waiting in the heat. Because of this we only used it twice. We walked the rest of the time.

The beaches were fabulous and very easy to walk to. You had a choice of beaches within walking distance, Praia dOura beach and the Albufeira beaches.The sun beds on the main beaches were 20 euro for three and an umbrella, but at Blue beach which was nearest to the hotel it was 15 euro for three plus 2 umbrellas plus three free drinks, we thought this was great value. There was a supermarket very close to the hotel and you could buy anything there it was great. The chinese restaurant around the corner from the hotel was very good and was always busy.

good entertainment day & nights

only 1 lift that goes down to floor where evening entertainment & resturant is. sometimes that lift was broken this made it difficult for my family as we had twins 20 months old & a 4 year old. No evening entertainment outside for hot summer nights only indoor

Staff were very friendly, the location is perfect as it is situated between the old town and new town at approx 15 min walk each way. The poolside area was very clean and safe for children. Overall we could not fault the hotel or the service and it was great value for money at £42 a night for 4 people in an apartment.

The beach and the old town approx 15 min walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The bus stop is outside the hotel which will take you to Vilamoura, Lagos, Quarteira etc and also very cheap.
