A flatscreen television and internet access in the room would be an improvement.

Fiquei num estudio (nº 803) no edificio 2, 8º andar. O frigorifico está podre, com as manchas de ferrugem bem visiveis na porta. O autoclismo não despeja. Quando cheguei... a identificação foi-me pedida em Inglês.... À noite quis subir, um dos elevadores estava avariado. De manhã quis descer, um dos elevadores continuava avariado, o pessoal de limpeza tinha o outro "trancado" no 3º andar, tive que descer a pé. Quando cheguei ao 3º andar e vi o elevador trancado, perguntei às senhoras da limpeza porque faziam aquilo, sabendo que o outro elevador estava avariado. A resposta foi: "ah... é só uns minutos", mas continuaram com o elevador trancado. O pequeno almoço é fraco: leite fresco, não havia, só natural... Enfim, sei que paguei pouco... mas já que fiquei num 8º andar esperava ao menos poder "usufruir do privilégio" de andar de elevador.

rooms are spacious. the staff were helpful, and they have bbc and itv on the tv.always plenty of hot water.

The hotel is up a steep hill and too far away from other restaurants and bars. The hotel is very noisy depending on the block you stay in, and the lifts can be dodgy. rooms and furniture are very old and tired, needs a good makeover. not worth the money travel agents are charging. wouldnt recomend this hotel.

Beech is near by also the strip with shops and bars. Old town square with shops and market type stalls only a short taxi ride away or you could walk it.

Large airy appartment plenty of storage and excellent views of sea from our balcony. Outside areas well kept and small supermarket in complex with bread etc

Our appartment was looking a little tired, taps showing limescale marks and fridge missing a shelf. The cleaners did not make the beds daily and were very quickly in and out We did however see that work was being carried out on one of the others blocks fitting new bathrooms so this may well be addressed at some time in the future.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Albufeira in a quiet residential area but it was quite a walk into town taking around 15 minutes but this suited us fine.During high season the tourist train stops near we think.

Habia humedades en las habitaciones y grietas, cocina muy antigua, suelo con pérdidas de color, el agua de la ducha con frecuencia era fría y el servicio de limpieza fatal...no limpiaban... en fin, no creo que vuelva

Estábamos un poco asustados al lear las críticas del hotel, pero nos quedamos grátamente sorprendidos. La limpieza bien y la relación calidad precio excelente

habria que el personal se pasaran por los edificios del hotel pues la gente no van para descansar se llevan hasta las tantonas de la noche arrastando muebles montando juergas y la verdad esto deja mucho que desear pues cuando vas a un hotel intentas de descansar no a llevarte casi toda la noche sin dormir por el personal que lo alquilan y van a fastidiar a los demas

la atencion del personal y la hubicacion del mismo

el cuuarto de baño y la cocina habria que cambiarlas estan algo desfasadas

limpieza malisima no limpiaron la habitacion en tres dias, ni siquieran dejaron bolsa de la basura
