Old furniture, the room was small for three beds.

Safe im Zimmer funktionierte nicht! Mangel gleich bei Ankunft gemeldet - wurde leider während des Aufenthalts nicht behoben.

reported broken shower to reception, two days later when i left it still hadnt been fixed!

Great location, clean, modern rooms, good shower/bathroom.

Middle of Rambla great for everything

Very clean and efficient with a good-sized room - staff very professional, although we speak some Spanish, their English was very good and they helped-out when we got stuck, good central location

Somewhat basic for the price, breakfast OK, but not much choice, similar to most hotels in this category . Quite noisy at night, due to location on La Rambla - just a good, basic hotel without any other facilities, which for us was fine, yet if you want more facilities then don't use this hotel, as it is good, but is basically just a "rooms only" hotel.

La Rambla shopping and tapas restaurants (a bit pricey!), Columbus Monument, and seafront, Placa Catalunya. Ciutat vella, port

Loved the positioning of the hotel, in the right spot of Las Ramblas. Staff friendly and speak very good english.

Very cold at night, only gave us 1 pillow and no blanket. The tv had no english speaking channels - not even the news! I found the cleaner very impatient as she woke us up twice in the morning as she wanted to clean the room! i was on holiday and i do not want to be woken at 8.15am!!!

Fantastic location and good basic accommodation.

Would have been lovely to have tea/coffee facilities in the room and be prepared for the noise on Las Ramblas!!

Most attractions are within easy reach of the hotel, with good transport links to buses, taxis and the metro.

Not as plush as appeared on the photos. Noisy if you have a room on La Rambla.

Only one step to La Ramblas dynamic street (shops, food, sovenirs, etc) which is up all night. Room was big and simple (nice). Toilet is clean and basic.

Unlimited dining experience, soveniers shopping, art shopping, visit the Gothic Quarter (Barrio Gotico), cycle ride, watch street theatre, visit the fruit market and buy fruit salad bowls, experince Gaudis art buildings (walking distance), go to Parc Guell by metro, city tours, city walks, etc.

I would have preferred a double bed rather than two single beds pushed together.
