Hotel Condes De Barcelona

The superior room was very bright and spacious

The first standard room we were given was dark and dreary, the bathroom was old and the tilet did not flush. The pool became so dirty thta we could bot swim in it and there were never enough towels

Although we only spent one night at the hotel we were made to feel welcome and we felt safe and comfortable whilst we were there. The hotel is very conveniently situated for exploring Barcelona. All Staff were very helpful and considerate. We would definitely use this hotel again whilst visiting Barcelona in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is in a great location with good facilities

The room had problems with smells from the drainage system, we mentioned this, it was not fixed whilst we were there, the smell was quite pungent! We again reported this as we checked out. This problem was only in the room on the 4th floor (room 456) not the room on the 2nd floor

The hotel is a good position, Casa Battlo & La Pedrera are close by as are several cafes and restaurants in different price ranges. The room we had was pleasant enough but the room we had last year, across the road, was altogether more modern and high tech. The main hotel does, however, have an amazing staircase. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.

This isn't really a negative comment but would be fantastic if in future you would perhaps consider translating the menu and having an english one availiable to view as this was the only reason we did not eat in the hotel

Staff were extremely helpful, very polite and willing to help. Beautiful hotel from the outside all the way into the rooms. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Barcelona and will be my first choice of hotel when returning to Barcelona which i hope to do very soon.

There is actually nothing i can think of for me to comment upon as a negative

Fantastic location aross the road from top designers and only a 10 minute walk to the hard rock and ramblas. Straight route to la sagrada familia and from the roof fantastic views of the casa mila

The receptionists and other employees are very helpfull and kind. Taxi arrives within minutes - very fast.

No possibility to have dinner and brakfast in the hotel. The bar was not very cosy.

Many things to do in a walking distance.

Would recommend to friends and already have had some aquaintances cancel their hotel and switch.

Lovely position overlooking La Padrera, Good rooms which were cleaned daily and very good state. Excellent help yourself breakfast with huge choice.

Expensive bar, but pretty much what you would expect for a hotel with a fantastic outlook on its rooftop terrace.

La Pedrera, Gaudi museum, Pick ups for Bus Turistic, Las Ramblas, Tapas restaurants with street tables

My bags were lost by Easy Jet on the way there. The staff were professional
